FRIDAY, DECEMBER 17

1:00 M. to 6:00 pm - CHECK IN and delivery of KITS

  • Doors open La Batalla de Boyacá Challenge

  • Welcome drink 

  • Kits delivery.

  • Bicycle reception by UP BIKER

Note: All the facilities of the Hotel Casa de Campo will be available from this moment, do not hesitate to enjoy them to the fullest and relax in the spa!

 

7:00 PM Welcome dinner.

8:00 PM - 9:00 PM Technical conference.

SATURDAY
DEC. 18

5:00 AM - 5:30 AM Breakfast 

6:00 AM Warm-up by the allied brand FORZ

6:20 AM Exit route # 1 La Batalla de Boyacá Challenge 125.5 km and / or 83.9 km

6:00 PM approx., Maximum arrival time at the hotel in the case of the two routes.

NOTE: -At the time of arrival the competitors will be able to make use of the following benefits:

  • Recovery massages

  • Use of wet areas for recovery 

  • Washing and setting up of bicycles by our ally UP BIKER

 

7:00 PM BBQ dinner and toast 

8:00 PM Awards event

 

SUNDAY
DEC. 18

5:00 AM - 5:30 AM Breakfast 

6:00 AM Warm-up

6:20 AM Exit route # 2 The Battle of Boyacá Challenge 24.5 km

9:00 AM approx, Maximum arrival time at the hotel

NOTE: -At the time of arrival the competitors will be able to make use of the following benefits:

  • Bicycle washing by our ally UP BIKER

 

12:00 PM Lunch

1:00 PM CHECK OUT

NOTE: After Check out you can continue enjoying the day at the hotel, make use of the common areas and deliver the rooms.

How to get to the hotel

From Villa de Leyva the hotel is approximately 4 km after the town. You take the Arcabuco road but  before leaving town you turn left at the cemetery. Follow the signs to Casa de Campo.
